Our 6 month Warranty:
This certificate warrants that "Konker Motors" product is free
from defective parts, and or workmanship. In the even of defective
parts, and or materials, and or workmanship, "Konker Motors Corp",
in conjunction with its dealer will supply the parts and labour
to remedy the defective material for a period of 6 months after
the date of purchase.
Pertaining to a Voided Warranty:
A person, or persons warranty is to be considered null, and void
if the following events occur:
1) In-proper assembly
2) Poor or lack thereof, regular maintanance and tuning including,
but not limited to: caburetor tune-up, replacement of filters;
lubricants, or gaskets and other such services etc.
3) Damages or failures resulting from: Accident, theft, fire,
or misuse, use of improper or dirty fuels, or lubricants, use
of non-original parts, alteration, tampering or improper repair
work.
